Prosper Ogum hopes to start the second round strongly with a win over Karela United.

Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum, the head coach of Asante Kotoko, is eager to guide his team to victory in the Ghana Premier League matchup against Karela United.
To secure the championship at the end of the season, the coach is hopeful that his team’s victory over Karela on Sunday, January 26, will mark a sea change in their campaign.
“The upcoming games ought to mark a sea change in our will to contend for the title. We have two games at home, so we should take advantage of the possibilities we have, try to perform well, and make sure we convert the openings we create.
“It is all about the three points, and if we score these crucial six points, I am confident that it will greatly motivate us in terms of how we train and play in future games. After Kotoko drew with Medeama SC in Week 16, Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum stated, “It is a nice opportunity and we need to grasp it.”
Following that match, in Week 17, Kotoko defeated Vision FC 4-1.
With a strong preparation this week, the club expects to defeat Karela United and move up the league standings.
