Prosper Ogum, the head coach of Asante Kotoko, has underlined the significance of upholding good standards as the team pursues the Ghana Premier League championship.

With six games without a loss and just one tie throughout that time, the Porcupine Warriors are now enjoying an incredible unbeaten streak.

With 31 points, they are two points behind the league leaders, the Bibiani Gold Stars, in third place.

Following Kotoko’s resounding 4-1 victory over Vision FC, Ogum gave a speech outlining the team’s objective to be consistent in every part of the field.

Ogum emphasized that players must keep striving for progress as they prepare to play Karela United at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

“We want to keep our attack, midfield, and defense in the proper proportions. After their 4-1 victory over Vision FC on Sunday, he stated, “We work hard to make sure that we do not slip the level in terms of performance.”

We must either stay at this level or get better from where we are today. This gives people who are not starting games a clear message.

“It is a clear indication to those who have signed that they must perform better than those who are currently playing to make the squad.” They will not get any playing time if they do anything less.
