Prosper Narteh commends Justice Blay for his leadership abilities.

Prosper Narteh Ogum, the coach of Asante Kotoko, has praised midfielder Justice Blay’s leadership abilities at the team.
Blay’s work ethic for the Porcupine Warriors has delighted Ogum, who has lavished Blay with praise.
The Porcupine Warriors, who are presently leading the Premier League standings after 18 games, have benefited greatly from the 32-year-old defensive midfielder.
During the domestic Premier League season, Blay has made 14 appearances and missed just four games.
This season, the seasoned midfielder’s only goal came over Karela United on the weekend. At Baba Yara Stadium, he went up to convert a penalty kick to give the Porcupine Warriors the most points possible.
Ogum asserts that Blay’s leadership abilities have made him the Porcupine Warriors‘ main motivator.
We are all familiar with Blay’s leadership style, and he consistently delivers quality work. He has excellent placement and repositioning skills. He gives the group security, self-assurance, and a little motivation.
“I am glad for him. These are some of the traits you display as a leader. He is providing a wealth of resources to the team. To keep him from becoming complacent, we as technical staff and supporters must unite behind him. He is performing at a very high level for us,” he remarked.
This weekend, on matchday 19 of the Ghana Premier League, Asante Kotoko will travel to play Nsoatreman FC.
