Kwesi Asmah discusses why he joined Hearts of Oak.

Defender Kwesi Asmah has explained his decision to join Accra Hearts of Oak, a Ghana Premier League team, during the just-closed transfer window.
After an outstanding game, the gifted midfielder signed a permanent contract with the Phobians from lower-tier Na God FC.
When Hearts of Oak and Basake Holy Stars split the spoils on Sunday, Asmah made his debut.
Asmah explained his decision to join Hearts as follows: “It is one of the greatest clubs in Africa.” No one needs to tell you this.
The highly regarded midfield player, meanwhile, claims he is ready for the challenge that lies ahead of him at the club.
“I have inspired myself and am prepared to go. The Hearts of Oak task is something I am prepared for. For me, it is a fantastic chance,” he remarked.
Asmah will most likely play in the Ghana Premier League matchup against the Heart of Lions.
Hearts of Oak have accumulated 30 points from 18 games, placing them fifth in the league standings.
