The 49-year-old was among the third group of ministerial appointments filed for approval by parliament.

Adams, who will be screened before taking office, succeeds Mustafa Ussif, who was Sports Minister in President Nana Akufo-Addo’s previous administration.

The Buem Constituency Member of Parliament confirmed in an interview that he is a fervent supporter of Asante Kotoko.

He declared, “I support Asante Kotoko,” on Happy FM in Accra.

Adams studied the epidemiology of parasitic diseases for his Bachelor of Science in Zoology. He brings to the position a wealth of political and educational expertise.
