After he returned from injury, Hearts of Oak recruited midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen for the second round in an attempt to contend for the Ghana Premier League title.

The Phobians have made significant roster acquisitions as they prepare for the last stretch of the 2024–25 Premier League season.

Once regarded as one of the top defensive midfielders in the area, the 26-year-old has suffered from injuries ever since joining the Phobians from Vision FC. Due to an injury setback, he missed the first half of the season.

Before his injury, Abdul Aziz Nurudeen was a vital member of the Hearts of Oak midfield, helping the team win the FA Cup and the 2022 President’s Cup.

As Hearts of Oak pursue the Premier League title in the second half of the season, Nurudeen’s depth of experience is anticipated to bolster the team’s midfield.

After registering, Nurudeen intends to return to his crucial position and support the club as they attempt to win the championship at the end of the campaign.

Hearts of Oak will go to the Accra Sports Stadium to play the Basake Holy Stars, who shocked the Premier League’s biggest teams in the first game.
