Dreams FC

Dreams FC outperformed Kotoko thanks to tactical suggestions given before halftime, according to Karim Zito.

In their close 2-1 Ghana Premier League loss to Asante Kotoko, Dreams FC head coach Karim Zito has attributed his team’s improved performance to his halftime tactical advice.

Zito claims that the size of his opponents originally intimidated his players, which had an impact on their performance in the first half.

He complained in a post-match interview that “my teammates had too much respect for Kotoko.”

Nevertheless, Zito’s team significantly improved in the second half following a severe talking-to at halftime.

“I talked to them after the first half, and that is when things shifted. “We created opportunities,” he stated.

Zito expressed irritation at his team’s incapacity to shoot, but Dreams FC failed to take advantage of their opportunities despite the improved performance.

He then on, “I just can not believe why my players could not shoot.”

With 12 points from 14 games, Dreams FC is now in the relegation zone after the loss, while Asante Kotoko has maintained a strong season and is now in fifth place with 24 points after 14 games.
